As you can see by my picture I have made great strides towards my goals. The most important thing I have learned is that the best abs workout for men is not just an abs workout. What you need is a full body workout ( click here for more info ). Trying to focus on one area is useless because your benefits come from increasing your overall core strength. I have to admit the best method is to join a local gym so those with more knowledge than you and i can put you on the right path. If your like me that membership is just to expensive and hard on my schedule at the moment. What I did was search the internet and weed through the BS (let me tell you there’s a lot of BS). I finally found a straight forward no get tight quick scam approach. It focuses on entire body improvement.

What I like is the straight forward approach. It gives you written plan to follow and ways to see progress and as you can see from previous post I am a big fan of seeing progress. I don’t like the guesswork of whether I’m doing the best combination of exercises for maximum benefit. I like how they dispel the myths of “eat this and gain muscle”.

You need to set goals. Without goals you have no way to track your progress. Without progress you lose motivation. So what is it you want to achieve? Do you want a better body?
