As you can see by my picture I have made great strides towards my goals. The most important thing I have learned is that the best abs workout for men is not just an abs workout. What you need is a full body workout ( click here for more info ). Trying to focus on one area is useless because your benefits come from increasing your overall core strength. I have to admit the best method is to join a local gym so those with more knowledge than you and i can put you on the right path. If your like me that membership is just to expensive and hard on my schedule at the moment. What I did was search the internet and weed through the BS (let me tell you there’s a lot of BS).
